AI Will Redesign the Way Every Team Works

The new advantage belongs to people who can delegate, judge and improve AI-assisted work.

MAX'S PRACTICAL TAKEAWAY

The future-ready employee is not replaced by AI; they become better at directing it.

01

Jobs are bundles of tasks

A role is not one activity. It is a bundle of judgement, communication, coordination and repetitive production. AI affects each part differently. Drafting, classification and information retrieval may accelerate quickly, while accountability, context and relationship-building remain human responsibilities.

The useful question is therefore not ‘Will AI replace this job?’ but ‘Which parts of this role should be delegated, reviewed or redesigned?’

02

Management skills become AI skills

Clear instructions, examples, quality standards and feedback already define good delegation. They also define effective AI use. Teams that can describe an outcome, provide context and assess the result will create far more value than teams that only know which button to press.

Prompt engineering is a starting point. Work delegation, judgement and workflow ownership are the lasting capabilities.

03

Train around real work

Generic demonstrations create excitement but weak adoption. Practical training should use the team’s documents, customer scenarios and decisions. Learners need to practise producing, checking and improving work they will actually perform after the programme.

That is the focus of IMAX Academy: convert technology into repeatable capability, with people responsible for the final standard.
